Seasonal fruits are now coming upto the market. The shelves of your adjacent fruit and veg shop and supermarket are most likely continually full of fruit and vegetables no matter what the time of the year. But now spring has leap you could purchase home grown Irish summer fruits such as rhubarb.
Technically rhubarb is a vegetable, but it is typically prepared as a fruit. Rhubarb is delicious in pies, ice cream, fools, or other sorbet. Strawberries are as well coming into season of March, so why not unite the two ingredients to prepare a tasty crumble that all the family will love!
