A new study shows that youngsters are eating less fruits and vegetables than in the year 1999. The study was first submitted in the February issue of the Journal of Preventive Medicine. The researchers from the University of Minnesota studied youngsters eating habits during 1999 to 2004. The data came from a better project, which gathered eating habits of youngsters of 944 boys and 1,161 girls in 1999 and another time in 2004. The researchers stress that more wants to be done to emphasis the meaning of eating your fruits and vegetables. They warn that not sufficient is being done.
