Fruits and vegetables grown purely in healthy soil have all the elements desirable for nourishing the human body. By extracting the clean liquid locked up in the cells of plants and drinking this juice at once, we are getting necessary enzymes, vitamins and minerals into our bodies in the most easy-to-assimilate form possible. -Health Truth Revealed

London: It is not compulsory to eat five servings of fruits and vegetables each day to keep fit but just essential for the body to incorporate the necessary vitamins and minerals, a British dietician says.
Catherine Collins, chief dietician at St George's Hospital in Tooting, says the fruits and vegetables could be extensive across a week. One can eat a lot one day and not much the next, but over a week he or she would yet get the right amount of nutrients. "The whole idea that you should meet some vitamin and mineral targets every day of your life is a marketing myth," she said.
