Pre-heat oven to 350 F and in a medium sized mixing bowl place the crushed cereal and add oatmeal, wheat germ and cinnamon and leave it undisturbed for some time.<br \/>\n2. In another medium mixing bowl combine yogurt applesauce, vanilla, honey, beaten egg and skim milk powder.<br \/>\n3. Add some baking soda and baking powder to the yogurt mixture and mix it thoroughly.<br \/>\n4. Slowly add the cereal and oatmeal mixture to the yogurt mixture and stir well. Then add some raisins to it and mix it well.<br \/>\n5. Scoop a tablespoon of the batter and roll it into a ball. Place onto a non-stick sheet and then flatten it lightly.<br \/>\n6. Bake it at 350 degree F for 15 to 18 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This makes 24 cookies and can serve for 8 people.
