  • 2 1\/2 cups chilled tender coconut water<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 cup chilled tender coconut meat<\/li>\n
  • 2 cups vanilla ice-cream<\/li>\n
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 tsp vanilla essence<\/li>\n
  • Rose petals (for garnish)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
