Slowly add the mochiko mixture, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and the mochi is cooked through, about 5 minutes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from the heat and stir in the mashed mango and honey. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grease a 9&#215;13-inch baking dish with the butter. Pour the mochi mixture into the dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and coconut, if desired. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let the mochi cool completely before cutting into small squares and serving.
