If you like a smoother texture, you can peel the apple before chopping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Blend:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the chopped apple, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract (if using) in a blender.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Blend Until Smooth:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches a creamy consistency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Taste and Adjust:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness and cinnamon levels according to your preference.
