Frost with cream cheese frosting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Cake:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 cups all-purpose flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cups granulated sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon baking soda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup vegetable oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 large eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cups finely grated carrots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup crushed pineapple, drained<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Cream Cheese Frosting:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 oz cream cheese, softened<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup unsalted butter, softened<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cups powdered sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">procedure:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Cake:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
