Cherimoyas Health Benefits And Nutrition Values

The cherimoya, can also spelled as chirimoya. It belongs to the species Annona cherimola which is thought to be native of Andes. Hypothesis proposes Central America as the origin of cherimoya because many of its crop wild relatives occur in this area. Today cherimoya is grown throughout South and Central America. Many people often chill the cherimoya and eat with a spoon, which has another nickname" ice cream fruit".
