- 4 large red grapefruit and avocados peeled
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lime juice

- 3/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
