Plumcot fruit
Plumcot is a hybrid between plums and apricots. The fruit is yellow with red blush, red or dark purple flesh according to variety and has a very smooth skin alike to a plum. The fruit may be with or without stalk.

- Lemon juice
- Pectin
- Cinnamon sticks

How to prepare?
|
|
Mix skinned and sliced plumcots with juice. Add squeeze of lemon. Add pectin as well as jelling agent. Boil one to two hours, until preferred texture is achieved. Add a cinnamon sticks for a truly spicy and fruit filled delight.
