  • Plumcots
  • Lemon juice
  • Pectin
  • Cinnamon sticks

How to prepare?

Mix skinned and sliced plumcots with juice. Add squeeze of lemon. Add pectin as well as jelling agent. Boil one to two hours, until preferred texture is achieved. Add a cinnamon sticks for a truly spicy and fruit filled delight.
