Blueberry Cherry Juice

Ingredients
Handful of pitted Cherries
3/4 cup Blueberries
1 cored and sliced Apple
Crushed ice


Directions:
Process the fruits in a juicer, add ice and serve.

Pomegranate Punch

Ingredients
2 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup orange juice (the freshly squeezed type, if available)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 cup No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
Add slices of pineapple and little ginger, if needed
Crushed ice

Directions:Add all ingredients and process in a juicer. Add ice as desired and serve.

Fruit Punch Juice

Ingredients
6 Strawberries, fresh or thawed from frozen
1 Apple, cored and sliced
1/2 Orange, peeled

Directions:Process the fruits in a juicer. Cover and chill thoroughly in refrigerator or add crushed ice and serve. If needed, add cold ginger ale just before serving.

Lime Ginger Ale

Ingredients
Handful of grapes
1 apple, cored and sliced
½ inch fresh ginger (less if you no need ginger taste)
1/2 lemon juice
sparkling mineral water

Directions:First, juice the apple and ginger together, and then juice the rest of the fruits with it. Pour the juice in a large glass and fill to the top with sparkling water and serve it with ice.

Citrus Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
5 cups grape juice
3 cups orange juice
4 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
12 unsweetened strawberries, frozen
1 cup mineral water

Directions:In a juicer, add half of each ingredient; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a jug. Repeat the process and Serve immediately with ice.

Pink Perfection Juice

Ingredients
2 cups strawberries with seeds removed
1 cup sliced watermelon
2 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed type
1 lime freshly squeezed

Directions:Add all the ingredients in a juicer or food processor until smooth. Cover and chill thoroughly in refrigerator or add crushed ice. Shake or stir well before serving.

Peach-Pear-Apple Juice

Ingredients
1 apple, cored and sliced
2 peaches with seeds removed
1 pear, sliced

Directions:Wash the fruits, slice them, and remove seeds. Process them in a juicer and serve with ice.

Sparkling Tropical Fruit Juice

Ingredients
1 kiwi, peeled
1 fresh orange, peeled and squeezed
1/2 mango, peeled and sliced
sparkling mineral water

Directions:Process all the fruits in a juicer. Pour the juice in juice jug and fill to the top with sparkling water and serve with ice.

Watermelon Kick

Ingredients
1/2 watermelon, sliced without rind
1 lemon peeled
5 orange juice
1/2 pineapple

Directions:Peel lemon and oranges, and then juice all the sliced fruits together. Serve with crushed ice.
