Mandarin Fruit

Mandarin fruit is also known as Mandarine or Mandarin orange. The fruits are grown in tropical and subtropical areas and it can be eaten in fruit salads. The fruit is very attractive and easy to peel. It has been widely planted throughout California over the past decade.
In Philippines all mandarin oranges are called naranjita. It is considered to be the native of south-eastern Asia and Philippines.

1.Mandarin Fruit Salad

- 11 oz mandarin oranges
- 21 of apple pie filling
- 20 of pineapple chunks
- 3 medium firm bananas, sliced
- 2 cups halved strawberries
How to prepare?
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate until it gets chilled. Then serve it.
- 3 mandarin oranges, peeled
- Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 lemongrass stalk
How to prepare?
Make slits all over the lemongrass and mix oranges in a fruit juice extractor. Add Tabasco sauce to taste and garnish with the lemongrass stirrer. Now the juice is ready to taste.
