  • 2 medium oranges
  • 4 cups of fresh cranberries
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup of chopped nuts


  1. Scrape off the skin of one orange with a grater or zester.
  2. Peel and then section both the oranges and grind these oranges with cranberries in a food processor.
  3. Add sugar, nuts and zest in the mixture and stir it nicely so that it gets spread evenly.
  4. Allow it to cool down for several hours and serve it with poultry or ham.
