Raspberry and Blackberry Yogurt Parfaits


– 1 cup Greek yogurt

– 1/2 cup raspberries

– 1/2 cup blackberries

– 1/4 cup granola

– Honey or maple syrup (optional)


– In a glass or jar, layer Greek yogurt, raspberries, blackberries, and granola.

– Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
