Mango Lassi Recipe


Lassi is a popular drink. Mango lassi is a mixed of mango and yoghurt. It contains protein, fiber and starch. Lassi helping you maintain beautiful skin and it is perfect for a hot summer refreshment drink.
Mango Lassi


  • 1 cup fresh mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup fat-free plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or water
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder
  • 3 teaspoons sugar(adjust to taste)
  • 1 pinch saffron


  • Take a blender, add fresh mango, plain yoghurt and blend well.
  • Then add cold milk or water, sugar(optional), cardamom powder.
  • Blend everything until combine well.
  • Pour the mango lassi into the glasses and garnish with saffron.
  • Serve it chilled.
