Cherry Cheesecake Bar Recipe


Cherry cheesecake bar is delicious treat for whole family. Cherry cheesecake is great for family gatherings, parties, and celebrations because it’s so quick and easy. And it also colorful, everyone will enjoy it.
Cherry Cheesecake Bar


For Crust

  • 1 and 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup salted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar

For Filling

  • 11 ounces cream cheese(room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 teaspoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cups cherry pie filling

For Cherry Pie Filling

  • 5 to 6 cups fresh pitted cherries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons cornstarch


For Cherry Pie Filling

  • Take a saucepan over medium heat, combine cherries, water, lemon juice, sugar and cornstarch boil together.
  • Reduce heat to low and cook for about 10 minutes. Cool it and store in the refrigerator until to serve.

For Cheesecake Bar

  • Take a medium bowl stir together the melted butter, graham crackers, and brown sugar. Press into the 8-inches square baking dish. Place in the refrigerate to chill.
  • In a large bowl, beat powdered sugar, cream cheese, milk, vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy. Add whipped cream to the mixture fold gently and spread on top of the crust in the pan.
  • Refrigerate to chill and set for at least 6 hours or up to days before serving.
  • Cut the cheesecake into bars. Spoon the cherry pie filling on top of each bar.
  • Refrigerate again for at least one hour until ready to serve. These bars are best when served cold.
