Mixed Berry and Chia Pudding


– 1/4 cup chia seeds

– 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

– 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

– A few mint leaves for garnish (optional)


– In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Whisk until well combined.

– Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the mixture has a pudding-like consistency.

– Serve the pudding in glasses or bowls, layered with mixed berries.

– Garnish with mint leaves for a fresh touch.
